Passport Covers

You will find when it comes to passport covers; many women will prefer to have something different than the normal passport colour and will opt for something else. Passport holders for women could be just another colour or maybe a patterned one. There are different options available so they can choose one to suit their personality and something that is a little more unique such as a sexy passport cover.

A stereotypical women’s passport cover or passport holders for women is one that is covered in shoes – this cover is in fact on sale and named ‘Shoeaholic Shoe Print Passport Cover’.

Many travel shops will offer a passport cover to match the colour and material of a travel bag. This will allow the traveller to be more coordinated, a choice which seems to be a hit with many.

There is the option to purchase a cover that is engraved or embroidered with the person’s name or any message you wish. In a few cases a personalised cover will be three initials in the bottom right hand corner of the front. Not all places selling covers will offer this service but there is certainly websites that will allow you to ask for a personalised holder.

There are other passport covers available rather than just different colours and patterns. Of course the patterned ones can be added to, for example two on sale are – striped patterned background with a picture of an aeroplane in the bottom corner and another is a spotted background with a palm tree picture on the front.

The Eiffel Tower is an example of a picture that is included on a few different covers. Many women see this popular Paris landmark as a romantic attraction therefore having this shown on the front of their passport proves to be a great choice for many.

Novelty passports are also on sale, although these aren’t as widely available as some of the other options. An example of a novelty cover is one called the ‘Bon Voyage Passport Cover’. There is a couple of covers on sale named ‘Bon Voyage’ but this particular one is pink with white spots but on top of this is two yellow and pink 3D flip flops. The 3D item on the front makes this cover a little different to your standard passport holders.

Many people will have heard of the make ‘Radley’. Radley specialises in luxury handbags, purses and other accessories. All items of this make include a little dog somewhere on the product or in other cases the product is in the shape of the dog. Radley make passport covers to go with their handbags and purses, these covers are made from leather and come in either black or red.

Another option for the front of a passport cover is to simply have writing embroidered. Popular examples of non-personalised text on the holders include: ‘Globe Trotter’, ‘Are We There Yet?’, ‘Sun Sea and Sand’ and ‘Try not to laugh at my picture’.

A passport holders for women doesn’t have to be plain and simple, so if you’re looking for something different some of these options will be great to look at. If you wish to be truly unique why not try designing your own.
